Mutant fractions in 3D Links to Plotly graphs

The mutant fraction of mtDNA distributed in 3-dimensions in 8 different macroscopic samples. Several microtome slices are taken from each tissue sample and subjected to laser capture microdissection. From each 12-micrometer section, 96 LCMD samples are collected and subjected to CTCE.

One orange "bead" (wildtype) in combination with the black circle (mutant) represents mutant fraction in one LCMD spot.
