Helene joined the Enserink group in 2015 as a postdoc, bringing her own projects and expertise on fruit flies. In 2017 she obtained a 4 year researcher fellowship to identify the genetic framework underpinning MLL-rearranged leukemia using fruit flies as a model organism.

Nora is working on rewiring signaling in MLL-rearranged leukemia from proliferation to cell death. She uses fruit flies as a model organism and started her M.Sc. project with Helene Knævelsrud in 2018. She obtained her B.Sc. from University of Oslo.
