Techniques
Services are provided within an array of techniques designed to support your research needs. These include plastic embedding of cells and tissues for classical transmission electron microscopy (TEM), negative stain of extracellular vesicles, and immunocytochemical localization of antigens. For more advanced applications, we utilize high-pressure freezing followed by freeze substitution, as well as correlative light and electron microscopy (CLEM) and electron tomography using both TEM and STEM. Analysis can be either quantitative, through morphometric analysis, or visual, through segmentation. We are dedicated to assisting our users with training in specimen preparation and microscopy, while also offering complete services for sample preparation and imaging.
