Morbid Obesity Research Group
The research group includes a group of surgeons, internists, clinical dieticians, dedicated nurses and psychologists.
Main research focuses include
- evaluation of long term treatment outcome,
- different surgical techniques for the treatment of superobesity,
- effects of intensive vs. standard follow up programs,
- metabolism and
- inflammation.
