  • SWENOTECA MIR study- MicroRNAs as markers for disease activity and a tool to monitor the effect of chemotherapy and early detection of recurrence in patients with  testicular germ cell tumours. MicroRNA is promising as a biomarker in germ cell tumors. The study aims to determine whether specific microRNA in patient blood samples can improve the detection of patients with testicular cancer who have active disease, as compared to radiology and tumormarkers (AFP and HCG) currently used.
  • SWENOTECA ABC-study– A Randomized Phase III Study Comparing One Course of Adjuvant Bleomycin, Etoposide and Cisplatin (BEP) and One Course of Carboplatin AUC7 in Clinical Stage I Seminomatous Testicular Cancer.
  • TestisCAB - Cabazitaxel as salvage treatment for cisplatin-resistant germ cell cancer. Single arm, international multicenter phase II study to evaluate the effect of cabazitaxel in patients with progressing cisplatin-resistant testicular cancer.
