New comprehensive review on PI3K signaling in colorectal cancer
Members of the Lothe group and researchers in the KG Jebsen Centre for Colorectal Cancer Research have recently published a comprehensive review in BBA Reviews on Cancer on the mechanisms leading to excessive PI3K/AKT signaling in colorectal cancer. In this atrticle, they also revisited the PI3K/AKT-pathway cancer susceptibility syndromes and summarized the prognostic and predictive values of the alterations at the different regulatory levels of the PI3K pathway in colorectal cancer.
