Molecular Immunology by Receptor and Transcriptomics Analysis

Single-cell transcriptomics is a powerful new technology. We use this tool to characterise the adaptive immune responses at the single-cell level. For this purpose, we have implemented two different single-cell transcriptomics methods that either gives full-length transcript coverage of few hundred cells at time or high-throughput method that can sequence thousands of cells in one single experiment. We have both wet lab biologists and bioinformatician in the group to generate and analysis the large amount of data.
