Colorectal carcinoma:
Material from 310 patients operated for colorectal carcinoma has been examined. The occurrence of circulating tumour cells increase with increasing Dukes stage (Flatmark et al). In parallel positive IMS with rosetting we have also performed immunocytochemistry.
Material from the primaries is available for further examination and follow-up data are obtained. A group of 50 patients with colorectal carcinoma and liver metastases are also examined.
