  • SWENOTECA MIR study- MicroRNAs as markers for disease activity and a tool to monitor the effect of chemotherapy and early detection of recurrence in patients with  testicular germ cell tumours. MicroRNA is promising as a biomarker in germ cell tumors. The study aims to determine whether specific microRNA in patient blood samples can improve the detection of patients with testicular cancer who have active disease, as compared to radiology and tumormarkers (AFP and HCG) currently used.  swenoteca.org/the-mir-study
