Background: Stine Marit Moen has a medical degree from the University of Oslo (UiO) (1997). She has worked with neurology at the Department of Neurology, Innlandet Hospital Lillehammer and is now working at the Department of Neurology at Oslo University Hospital. She obtained her PhD degree with the thesis "Multiple sclerosis, bone health, and vitamin D" in 2012. She is from 2015 associate professor of neurology at the University of Oslo.

Stine Marit Moen is interested in epidemiological and clinical research in MS. Besides clinical neurology with special interest in the follow-up of the patients with MS, Moen has been co-supervisor for PhD-students and takes part in the Research Group at Oslo University Hospital.
