Splitting one ventilator for multiple patients
Due to the coronavirus outbreak in 2020, many efforts and innovative solutions surfaced to deal with the possible shortage of ventilators upon catastrophic surges of patients. The aim of this study during spring 2020 was to learn about feasibility and limitations of a simple solution for splitting one ventilator for multiple patients.
