ImmuneT-ME: Interrogation of the immune-microenvironment of T-cell malignancies
ImmuneT-ME is a European-wide EP PerMed research project investigating mature T-cell leukemias and lymphomas (MaTCL), a group of rare and aggressive hematological malignancies with limited therapeutic options. By integrating bulk RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), single-cell ATAC sequencing (scATAC-seq), and clinical data, we are generating the first integrated atlas of the MaTCL immune tumor microenvironment. This resource will characterize malignant T-cell interactions, identify predictive biomarkers, improve disease classification and patient risk stratification through machine learning, and accelerate precision diagnostics and personalized therapies, supporting evidence-based clinical decision-making and improved patient outcomes.
