How do I manage milestones?

Plan and monitor your work according to the milestones in Annex 1. You must report in the online system under Continuous Reporting that a milestone has been achieved and on what date. Any deviations must be explained.

If the milestone is a decision point; involve all stakeholders and agree on the direction forward.
