How do we review deliverables?

The need for reviews of a deliverables by other partners before submission should be decided in each project/case. It is good practice setting up a review procedure to ensure quality and include all in the work and the results. Plan this with sufficient time.

A draft version with a complete text should be sent to the coordinator at least 14 days before the due date of the deliverable. Because:

The obligations of the coordinator are as set out in the Grant Agreement:

  • (iii) request and review any documents or information required by the Commission and verify their completeness and correctness before passing them on to the Commission
  • (iv) submit the deliverables and reports to the Commission

If the coordinator sees any problems with a deliverable regarding the above-mentioned points he/her may send it back to the lead beneficiary for improvements/corrections.

All deliverables are uploaded, submitted and stored via the Participant Portal. There is therefore no need to keep any final deliverables other places.
