We perform functional analysis of gene lists (e.g from transcriptomics or proteomics experiments), using the Gene Ontology as well as pathway databases like KEGG and Reactome. In addition, the Bioinformatics core facility owns a ten-user licence of Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA). A user can be bought for 15KNOK per year, or borrowed on an hourly basis (200NOK per hour). We provide help setting up IPA analyses, as well as with interpreting the results.
