Treatment of non neurogenic bladder overactivity
In patients with non neurogenic (idiopathic) and intractable bladder (detrusor) overactivity a surgical approach by enterocystoplasty is an approved treatment option since a long time. During the last decade, our unite offer such subjects a nonsurgical procedure - sacral neurostimulation - as the first choice. In our study, we compare long term effects from these two treatments.
