John Pickard: Altered states of consciousness after brain injury John Pickard is professor of Neurosurgery at Cambridge University, UK, and Clinical Director / Chairman of Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre and Director of Studies in Medicine at St Catharine's College. He is heading a research team dedicated to advancing the care of patients with brain injury through functional brain imaging, studies of pathophysiology and new treatments. |

Bo-Michael Bellander: Neurointensive care in neurotraumatology. Bo-Michael Bellander graduated from Karolinska Institutet 1984. He is board certified both in Anaesthesiology and Intensive care medicine (1987) and Neurosurgery (1993). He founded the Neurointensive Care Unit at the Karolinska in 1996 and has since then been head of this unit. He is doing both experimental and clinical research in neurotraumatology. |
