Gunhild Mælandsmo

The research group is studying biological and therapeutic aspects of the metastatic process, the principle cause of death in cancer patients. Our goal is to extend the knowledge about how the individual steps in this complicated process are regulated, and subsequently use this information for identification of potential target molecules that can be utilized in cancer therapy.
