Molecular Genetics Group
Welcome to the web pages of Ragnhild Lothe's laboratory
Our research team studies the genetics and epigenetics of human solid tumours, with special emphasis on colorectal cancer, testicular cancer, and nerve cancer. To gain knowledge of the complex dynamics of cancer development we combine large-scale and detailed biology research using in vitro models and clinical samples. Our goal is to bring results from molecular biology into clinical utility.
The group is member of "CoE - Centre for Cancer Biomedicine" and of "Centre for innovation - Cancer Stem Cells"
