Education at PhD and Master level at Dept. Cancer Prevention

 

Several PhD and master students have their thesis work ongoing at the Department of Cancer Prevention. The nine former PhD students of the two research groups (“Molecular Genetics Group” and “Cell Biology Group”) have mainly received their degrees from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Oslo. Seventeen master degrees in molecular genetics, cell biology or pharmacy have been defended at Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Oslo or Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim. Ragnhild A. Lothe is a professor II at Department of Molecular Biosciences, University of Oslo. She is regularly teaching at the MBV3020 course. Teaching after invitation at national and international courses for pre and postgraduates is also done by several seniors in the department.
